Shipping and Delivery Policy
Delivery estimates depend on product production time, destination and selected service.
Production time
Production starts after payment, artwork and proof approval. Custom finishes, bulk orders and complex artwork may need additional time. The order page or quotation provides the applicable estimate.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated from order value, destination and delivery service. Standard shipping may be free above the displayed eligible order value. Remote-area or express charges are shown before order confirmation.
Tracking
When tracking information is available, it appears on the Foxgent order-tracking page. Courier tracking can take time to update after dispatch.
Address and delivery attempts
Customers must provide a complete serviceable address, pincode and reachable mobile number. Re-delivery or return-to-origin charges caused by an incorrect address, refused parcel or unavailable recipient may be chargeable.
Damage or shortage
Inspect the parcel promptly. Photograph the outer packaging and products before use when damage or shortage is visible, then contact Foxgent with the order number.
Payment before dispatch
Online orders use secure Razorpay payment for the exact order total. The delivery address is collected after successful payment and before dispatch preparation.
